To create an auction, log in to your account, click on the "Create Auction" button, provide details about the item (title, description, starting price, auction duration etc.), and submit the auction listing. Auctions are listed automatically. You can keep them on draft until you are sure to start. You can start auction either immediately or you can schedule the auction for some future date.
To place a bid on an auction, find the auction listing for the item you want to bid on, enter your bid amount in the designated field, and click the "Place Bid" button to submit your bid. You must have at list 20% of the amount in your account to bid for the auction.
After winning an auction, you can make the payment using one of the mobile wallets like Khalti and Esewa. You can also use your debit or credit card via khalti api.
You can track your auctions and bids by logging in to your account and accessing the "My Auctions" or "My Bids" section. Here, you can view the status, current bids, and other relevant information for each auction or bid.
Once an auction listing is created you have the option to edit or cancel an auction listing before any bids have been placed.
Failing to complete the payment for a won auction may result in penalties or account suspension. It is important to fulfill your payment obligations promptly to maintain a positive user experience. Any deposit you have made for the bidding may be used to compensate the auction creator and auction creator has the option to restart bidding or approach the second highest bidder.
We do not charge buyer's premium or additional fees for the auction.
Auction items are typically sold 'as is' without warranties or guarantees, unless explicitly stated by the auction creator. It is advisable to review the item description and any provided condition reports before placing a bid. If the auction item is not as per the description or image of the item, you will have option to get the refund of the bid amount. In that case, the auction creator will be liable.
We follow an incremental bidding system, where each bid placed is higher than the previous bid by a specified increment. The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the item.
The duration of auctions can vary, ranging from a few hours to several days. The specific duration for each auction is determined by the auction creator and is mentioned in the auction listing. We also have optoin for creator to close the option as per his convenience if the bid closing schedule is not filled up.
